Meridian Juniors winning team

Another fantastic result today, beating St Ives juniors 4 & 2 at home in what was our toughest Inter club match to date. At one point in the match we were down in 5 of 6 matches making this team recovery even more remarkable. It’s always pleasing to win your personal match outright, but it’s also extremely satisfying to come from behind in your own match and secure a vital shared match points on the final 18th green, as did both Evie LeMay & Zach Osbourne in their respective matches.

We remain unbeaten in the league so a big well done to everyone and let’s try to carry this momentum forwards for our final home match at a date to be confirmed. I am hoping this will be within the next few weeks. Please let me have your non availability until the end of August.
