Business Meetings
We pride ourselves on saying “YES”.
Our team arranges various meetings and small conferences throughout the year. We can accommodate 60 people theatre-style for a meeting or 30 people classroom style in a horseshoe layout. We can provide refreshments throughout the day and are licensed to serve visitors.
We do ask companies to bring their own audio-visual and display equipment. We have ample power points and display areas. We have plenty of parking on site, can arrange for product launches and provide great outside locations for photos and filming.
If you just want a small meeting – something informal – then feel at home to meet at Cambridge Meridian. Just tell us your requirements, from simple to complex, and we can usually match your needs.
We have had helicopters landing, various charity and fundraising days, helped with displays of cars, tractors, new homes, travel goods, food products, book launches … and we say “Yes” to most requests and ideas!
